All you'll do is boil off the alcohol and then you're left with the water based flavoured stuff.
The alcohol uses the natural fruit sugars.

Better is to wash and core the apples, boil them up with very little liquid until they're mushy enough to press through a sieve.
Then you boil down that mush.
The resultant thick paste is known as Apple Butter and is lovely stuff :)

If you're being really posh you strain out all the liquid and you boil that down. It makes Apple syrup which is glorious sweet and sticky stuff.

Either butter or syrup will dehydrate to make superb fruit leather :)

M.....who spends days every year using up the glut of apples and pears around us.

Yeast doing the fermentation to cider has used up almost all of the simple sugars. You'll get something but very little sugars in it.
Ok thanks il boil up some organic juice nextime instead Iv just made some dark molasses with the cider n it’s sour asf n a little sweet it deffo has a lot energy in it .

You'd be better freezing it and pouring off the alcohol.
Look up ice-brew, freezing wine, or cider.....it can be fun on a very cold night :)

The beginning apple cider step is destroying a lot of sugar which could be concentrated into sugar syrup. The sugar acids will get you nowhere in a hurry.
You need to conserve all the sugars that you can so that they can be run through your metabolism, not some "yeasty-beasty."
