Dutch oven chicken

Decided to cook a roast on the fire today. Done loads of Dutch oven cooking but never roasted a chicken before. 1 ½ hours later and a nice tender chook and spuds for dinner. Yum yum.

Yum Yum, i'm always thinking to myself that I need to do more dutch oven cooking, but do i get around to it? NO, so i need to turn that into a YES!
