Yorkshire Area

Does anyone know an area in yorkshire for a couple of days wild camping im taking my son so dont want to make him walk too far and kill his interest thanks for any help ....mike

Yorkshire is probably the best place to gomoutside of Scotland.
I only know a small part of it but can recomend Dalby Forest in the Derwent Valley, Wykeham Forest, Raincliffe Woods as well as the North Yorkshire Moors. Then there is the Yorkshire Dales, try the Bridge Inn at Fremington. Camp, light real fires and enjoy good beer and proper loos.
