They're good fried in butter and served over fresh pasta too :)
One of my cousins makes up a thick creamy sauce for them and serves them on hot buttered toast.

I tried snails in pasta once I’m not keen on snails maybe I did them wrong Iv heard u can pickle slugs but Ilreserve them for fish bait .

Apparently they're good if purged and then done in garlic.
I wouldn't really know though, I've never eaten them.
If anyone near me wants to try though, my garden is a haven for big snails....table tennis ball sized snails :sigh: and you're welcome to any number of them you like !

I’d rather catch fish with them instead n tbh vast majority off fish don’t take them but some do
