Why plant id is important.

Whilst out in the woods today I found a perfect example of why you need to know your plant id if picking edibles... Have a look a this and say why...

I'd say that was a mix of ramsoms and possibly Lords and Ladies (the heart shaped ones) - the heart shaped could be bryony though. Nasty either way

Lords and ladies (cuckoo pint) and ransoms. Would think lack of smell might give the cuckoo pint away...... But you never know right!

Not getting really ill? Still it does pay to keep your eye open for these things. As I said - going to keep a few more postings going and having just had a big tidy of my bushcraft cupboard - who knows...
