5x5cm dressing
10x10cm dressing
tape
support bandage
trangluar bandage
no8 dressing
no9dressing
scissors
resus aid
nitrile examination gloves (my big one has some surgical ones as well)
plasters
This changes depending on the situation

Personal meds (kept near to but not in FAK)

my big kit might get taken to a base camp for a group but being a rucksac is a bit large for a day trip
