does the main branch of the tree/bush have hard Cylindrical thorns?

If theres one seed inside the berry,its common hawthorn, Crataegus monogyna (meens one seed), if theres two its midland hawthorn, sps laevigata. If it looks like midland and it has red flowers its a cultivated type called "Pauls Scarlet" often line streets.
Theres a few others but these are the main ones seen. Your leaf type looks like comman as midland is less lobed.

That's one of the hawthorns. Be careful with the berries as not everyone tolerates them well. I don't, and I have come across one other person who reacts badly.
