Now I'm no maker, and never will be, but I enjoy making things and am really getting into leatherwork.
i promised my brother-in-law that I would make him a sheath for the Leatherman we got him for Christmas (yes, I am aware of the date, but we are just closer to last Christmas than we are the next). Anyway, I've spent today working on it and am quite chuffed with how it turned out.
really thought this one through, rather than design it on the fly, like I do with my sheaths. Made a card board template, grooved out for the stitches and everything.
Anyway, thought I'd share with people who understand the satisfaction and joy of applied skills.
