Veg tan with lambs leather lining.

did you make up the pattern or use one you already had? I'm presuming that it's sleeved for taking a pad or is the paper sewn into the cover?

I made it up, I purchased a journal refill from ebay and then measured round it. It's sleeved so it can be swapped out.
