Hi All,
I have been a serial lurker for some time now and decided it was time to come out of the shadows and say hi.

I spent loads of time outdoors during my childhood, thanks to a father in the military that was also the local scout leader and a grandfather that was into fishing for other peoples fish. Unfortunately the rat race interfered so lost the time - thankfully discovered this site and it made me realise how much I missed it.

Hoping to refresh old skills and learn new ones to share with my son.

Hello chap, I'll be moving to Aldershot area in a few months, do you use the training areas much? we were posted to Odiham previously with my job and now back again with wifeys. That rat race is a bugger, better to stand on the side and cheer the unlucky buggers on with a pint and a smile.
