Really, just a quickie. Not much at all. 
The steels were about $3 each and the antler was free. Only took a minute to drill and another to glue. The string is some old heddle cord cut off a loom.
I looked at the ones for sale here and recoiled! They want $11 for a little plastic handled version. Too much for so little. I would make these all day for $11 each and be very happy!
