OK....my canner arrived from the states and it looks very well made and is, well, huge!
So now I have three dozen or so jars to get me started. I have looked at a number of recipes for a variety of food types but I have question..
Can you do a batch of say two dozen jars with different contents? So for example, five X, 10 Y etc. I assume this would be possible if the setting for each of the contents were the same i.e. presure and time required. Is that possible?
I'd basically want to do various batches of curry paste and sauces for my first attempt.
