frankly i'm dubious.
if you break your walking rythym for any reason it's going to get very uncomfortable very quickly.

It is a crock. If you teach them to wear the packs correctly, there would not be as many problems. Half of the packs today that are aimed at school kids are rubbish, and their design are going to cause problems anyway.
