You inspired me to pick up a stamp and hit some leather rather than just sew it. I still have the little piece of leather with a flower pattern stamped on from a moot a few years ago

Hmm this is good, i reckon it calls for the creation of a tutorial on the carving/stamping of leather!

It would be very usefull actually as lots of people are interested but dont quite get it - myself included!

I'll think about an article/tutorial. The problem lies in the fact that it does require some specialist tools, though I can think of a few work arounds....
