    Thanks for the reply, we had the same issue with the males, brutal little things. Sounds like you have a plan good luck with them. PS is quail meat tasty? I don't recall ever eating it.

    Just wondering how the Quails are getting on. We hatched 19 a few years ago only for the eggs though and tasty as they were I prefer a fresh hens egg. Are you raising them for the meat as well?

    Little Egret and a Heron on my local walk with the dogs. Only started seeing the Egrets a few years ago around here.

    Where I work we had someone dump asbestos sheets at the back of a building, all caught on CCTV. Reported it to the council had a few phone calls and made and signed a statement and submitted the footage. Nothing happend no follow up call or update seems they can do as they please the scumbags...

    Had an issue last year old fella in the next plot topped up his bird feeder every day and the rats took over they just sat there watching me. Not a big lover of poison but I had no choice really. Shame they are quite cute when you watch them for a time.
