i have just got back from camp, and whilst there we found some yew trees in the forest and were using the roots to make string like material and used it to make braclets is that a bad idea scene as the rest of the plant is poisonous?

Not unless you plan on eating them.

Thats why I wouldn't make them out of Yew...Kids are always chewing things...darn kids
