I was thinking what we neede was a recipe database.

save silly but needful repeat posting.

Something like, type in BLACKBERRY, and you would get a load of recipes for them.

made a wiki to see and am currently messing/experimenting with it

If you want you can allow people to contribute to the wiki, its in the options some where. That way you can start to build up a wealth of info quickly, plus you can add pictures, which should help for identification purposes.

yeh, i think u have to join wikispaces to make pages, which isnt very hard and u dont have to make a wiki, u can then join thewildfoodwiki and make pages and expand it, i can also promote people to organisers,

Apparently Horse Chesnut is an anti inflamatory and can be used externally on a variety of "inflamations". One of the references is to a book the RHS Encyclopaedia of Herbs and their Uses. This book, which I have just bought, via Amazon, hopefully will allow me to become the oracle of all things "swollen" Ooooerr missus..

I'll keep you informed of it's content as and when I get it through the post. Hope it's bloody quick, cos I'm sick and tired of trying to pass broken glass..
