Does anyone on here have any experience of using the Lifesaver Bottle?

I live close to a major river and it would be great to just grab water instead of carrying it with me. My concern is that the river is a major shipping channel and I don't fancy a brew tasting of engine oil or bilge water or worse!
Any info would be appreciated!
