Hi there I have been looking at these at Tamarackhttp://www.tamarackoutdoors.co.uk/PBSCProduct.asp?ItmID=13616114 , they look extremely comfortable and practical have any of you tried them.

Yep, wearing them right now! They are softer and more comfortable than cotton. They look best when worn with walking boots due to the elastic at the ankles. I often wear them at home because they are so comfy. They have also worked well as 'long johns'.
