Hopefully the owners/suppliers of micarta handled F1s can answer this one: As you look at the profile of the knife, does the spine of the blade sit proud of the bolster, flush with it, or below the level of the bolster?
I ask because I was about to order one of these knives until, by chance, I saw a picture posted by Rapid boy (displaying his leather sheath for the above knife) and in the picture it looks as if the spine sits proud of the bolster - not a feature that I want. I do appreciate however that the highly polished finish of the bolster may be decieving to the lens and so just appear to be sitting below the level of the spine.
All other pictures that I have seen have been too small scale or wrong angle to determine one way or the other.
