Preserving foods(book)

We found this book in a charity shop (£3) covering the preservation of food.
Aptly named :- Preserving. By Oded Schwartz. ISBN 0-7513-0345-3
It covers meat,fish,fruit and some veggies. A very easy to follow format and interesting.
A worthwhile read, might be available in your local library, one to look out for.
