New to the UK and keen to find out more

Hi guys,

First post, and looking for some advise on how to get involved.

I've been in the UK for the last 6 years, from NZ originally. I've been slowly but surely learning the differences from 'home' but keen to find out more and meet some like minded people.

Are the any groups/catch ups etc which you can recommend I head along to to get to know some 'locals' and get involved? I'm based in Berkshire about 10 mile outside Reading.

Thanks all - slow reply I know, but I keep getting distracted with reading the helpful info in other threads.
