Hi all, my friend and I are planning on walking from Bergen to Oslo this summer, and hoping to forage most of our food along the way. I was wondering if any of you could recommend a book specific to scandanavia that's in English. If there isn't one out there, then any tips on what the best book for wild food is would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
