I also have some of the replaceable carbon filters that can be used with the bottle for reducing pesticides, herbicides, endocrine disrupting chemicals, medical residues, heavy metals such as lead and copper. These are in addition to the main filter that takes out the viruses etc. The bottle comes with one of these carbon filters and though it will operate without the carbon filter it is a good idea to have spares for when the water supply may be chemically polluted. I can include 2 spares for £12? The carbon filters last for 250 litres, the main filter for 4000 litres!
