Just thought I would say hello - found this site while idly looking at trangia recipes. More and more I find myself escaping off with my husband to cook out in woods round a campfire so I thought this might be a good place to join. I only have a few skills - can light a fire safely and cook on it, put up a little tarp, build a little shelter etc. I like to just be outside away from it all. I am interested in trees and plants and when I am not working (I am a teacher) I like to walk and camp as simply as possible. I am middle aged and not spectacularly fit but enjoy learning new skills. Well that is about it
