Kinda looks like a cheap version of a firebox stove. If you haven't used one maybe give them a google. I think the stove you are looking at would work but don't look like it would last long with that hinged door bit probably the first to go. The less moving parts you have the less to go wrong.

Considerably quicker and easier to assemble and no problems warping either.

Yep, I have no probs using my firebox stove, hinges are solid and dosen't warp due to the heavier gauge steel, I was referring to the Chinese made one at the beginning of the thread, it looks like a cheap Chinese copy of more decent and robust folding wood fuel stoves. I could be wrong and it could be an epic bit of kit but I doubt it. I think the Vargo Hexagon Backpacking Stove is a very good bit of kit and it was a coin flip between that and the firebox for me.
