Can anyone suggest a good set of wood carving knifes e.g Bushcraft Saw, woodcarving knife, Drawknife and Double Edge Crook?

Got it in one - practice makes perfect. I use a frost's crook knife and my mora - no need to flash a lot of cash on fancy kit until you've made a few.

I just use my knife and a frosts crook knife (cheap and does the job).
