Hi to all on the forum. Finally found the forum and now glad to be a member. I am an Army Officer and manic extreme birder with a massive interest in bushcraft. Spent many nights outdoors in East Africa, Nepal, Labrador, Alberta, the Balkans, Middle East and the Alps. Currently on extended sick leave so stuck at home following 6 months extreme camping south of the Hindu Kush. Looking forward to some UK wild camping soon. Are there any members in the NE Hampshire area with good fungi ID skills? I would love a crash course.

Welcome! Sounds like you should be able to tell us some stories around the fire!

Can't help much with the fungi but there are more bullfinches outside my window than you can shake a stick at.
Costs me a fortune in sunflower seeds...
