Ive been lurking for a while so thought i should officially introduce myself!
Im a fly fisherman firstly but have also been hunting since i was a teeneager shadowing a qualified deer stalker for the most part.
I also build fly rods when i get time, have ventured into knife making (handle rather than blades!) and leather work (sheaths/pouches)
My interest in bushcraft has peaked recently however due to a planned trip to New Zealand in October.
I will be giving up my job of 12 years and spending 6 months in NZ chasing trout through both islands. I plan on buying a truck or van and spend as much time as possible living in the bush.
Looking forward to stepping out of the rat race!
