Frost river arrowhead (roll top) backpack

Considering one for a small one night pack (tarp camping) anyone got any experience of them (Actual pack or company). I know they are praised for quallity. Buy are there any comparable companies or bags cheaper?

I use a gourdon 20 from alpkit for day to day due to it's water proof (thanks Scotland) roll top (loving it) and thought I'd invest in a nice one.

I read a review on those packs that said they were actually the cheapest of their kind, by around $100. So I think even though they're hideously expensive, you're getting your money's worth, there.

Interesting...... For a brief second I thought you wrote "cheapest at $100" and nearly fell off my chair clicking the link. Yeh they are expensive but they look lovely and I have a thing for old waxed canvas and leather designs. Id use my polish lavvu all the time if it didn't weigh a tonne after rain.

I shall ponder this more. I really don't NEED another bag.

Frost river is absolutely stunning quality, I have the isle royal jr and I'd recommend that hands down, getting an 80 litre one too
