Mainly found in Canada/USA ... then turns up at Loch Lomond..Spores that spread the disease can be transmitted in contaminated soil, as well as on pruning equipment and other tools.
Maybe not just for overseas trips. But after the ususal bushy weekend too, especially after a Loch Lomond one. Theres quite a few of us that love camping there

Think it mainly attacks Lawsons Cypress, but the article doesnt rule out other species dying from it.
