Hi folks, i've been getting more interested in spoon carving recently, and thought i'd share some pictures of my work.
The slightly larger one which has been oiled is my first spoon, which I made on woodlores fundamental bushcraft course from silver birch. Unfortunately, the bowl ended up very thin (transparent!) in one spot, and I oiled it with boiled linseed oil, which I have since learnt can be toxic.
The other one is my second spoon, which I carved at the Sussex meet last weekend from applewood.
