I booked the walking with wolves experience for my wife as a pressie.
Its based near Newby Bridge in the south lakes.
We will probably head up there in May as its an open booking. I thought we might as well make a weekend of it.
Could anyone recommend a campsite in the area. Preferably one a little bit more bushcraft/fire friendly. I would look for a wild camp location, but we will be based there for a couple of nights so would prefer a fixed camp. Oh, and we love woodland:)

Satterthwaite (grizedale) allows fires has woodland area, just ask the farmer nicely to camp up in the woods. ☺

Thanks. I take it that its the same grizedale campsite that is in the recommended campsite thread above.
