Long story short, the lid of my Camelbak came detached whilst drying and was probably recycled. I contacted Camelbak to try to buy one and was contacted by their Uk distributor. He came back and said that he didn't carry them as spares but if I gave him my address they'd send one from the US. Arrived on Fri, no charge. Well done Camelbak.

I have experienced the astounding customer support by camelbak, did you all know that every camelbak bag has a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects? They do, worth the extra reddies, had my current one for 14 years now and still in perfect condition
