Where do you get boxwood from, those of you who use it of course?

I've got a 20 inch long seax coming and from my reading so far boxwood seams to be the thing for the handle.

most of mine has come from lucky meetings with folk who happened to have some sitting around :) You can also normally get it from wood turning suppliers as well as some good timber merchants such as Yandals

I have some if you can't source any locally?

I may take you up on that, cheers!

Wood turning shops? I'll see if there's one around here. Ta!

Years ago I got some from old school desks I had to break up before they went into a skip, sadly several house moves later and it had been lost. Lovely stuff to work.
