Birthday 'cake' givaway

As it's traditional to take cakes into work for your friends on your Birthday and seeing that cream buns will probably have gone stale/sour by the time the postie delivers them to you I have decided to run a little give away for a book.

Rather than just give it to the first to shout I've decided to make you work for it a little (to help burn off all those nasty cake calories) so.........

I have selected one of my favourite plants from the book and I would like you to guess what it is!
