Army Surplus Shop in Gothenburg Sweden??

does anyone know of any army surplus shops in Gothenburg, Sweden or near by??? I have had a look on google with no sucess!!!!!

IMHO, nothing good, I´m afraid.

However, here is link to one shop a bit away from the city center, but you can still take the tram.

I was there in July and it´s mostly crap nowadays.

If you have access to a car, you may try A.L.E in a very small village called Slutarp, some one and a half our away from gothenburg - http://www.surplus.se/. No public transportation as far as I know. Even though their stock is smaller every time I get there and the prices are on the rise, they still have some good gear för sale, actually more than their website indicates. Only open at limited hours, however.

but i missed it by 1/2 hour as it shut at 3 on a sunday..

will try again tomorrow, although i have a 4 hour round trip around other surplus dealers....

I wish i had time to visit mora!!

Of no use whatsoever, unless you want cut price laundry detergent, even more cut price christmas decorations or such things. Bacially they ("Ö&B" these days) started out as "surpus, mostly military", but is now the main source of side imported cheap stuff (anything from garden furniure by way of rugs to crisps).

Surplus stores in sweden are usually like our pound shops over hear and poney n trap, there are about 3 out-doorsie shops there though from memory..not cheap....
