Anyone willing to post a decent fomes fomentarius to me?

I've heard so much about this fungus, but it doesn't grow hereabouts - all I can find is artist's conk.

Would anyone who lives where they're endemic be willing to harvest one and post it to me? I'll happily PayPal you for your P&P costs.

Also - do they only grow in certain places due to climatic limitations or is it just that they are not present elsewhere?

Not a huge amount - just big enough for me to make enough amadou to play with.
