Hi i saw some powdered egg in tescos last shopping trip and wondered if anyone else has cooked with it?

or what it's like? :)

Yep, great stuff.

My DW uses it in some of her baking, can be used for scrambled egg...

I have eaten it, never cooked with it (If you see what I mean!!)

Not to bad at all still tasted of egg! :D

I find egg powders really good for mixes like pancakes:) but as for substituting for eggs in an omelet or scrambled egg? They taste strange, not quite the right consistency (a bit mealy?).

Having said that If I'm hungry I'll eat anything. lol
