Yep, great stuff.

My DW uses it in some of her baking, can be used for scrambled egg...

I find egg powders really good for mixes like pancakes but as for substituting for eggs in an omelet or scrambled egg? They taste strange, not quite the right consistency (a bit mealy?).

Having said that If I'm hungry I'll eat anything. lol

I use it for scrambled egg in the field and also as an addition to bannock mixes to make it a bit risher tasting.
