Here's some pictures of a recent wild camp on Drygarn Fawr, I loved it so much the first time I went in May, that I took my friend and his son in September. Anyway hope you like the pictures.

I agree with the others, very atmospheric and you can feel the season change just looking. Looks a cracking spot.

The dome is one of two 'beehive' cairns on the summit ridge of Drygarn Fawr. The mist was superb, just a nip in the air first thing in the morning. The tarp was for the kids, I stayed in MLD Trailstar luxury, looking forward to the next adventure.

I can heartily recommend it, Harvestman, The walk up the valley from Abergwesyn is superb. Although the tussocks and bog / streams can get a little wearing. It's remote enough and little frequented enough, that I've never seen anyone else up there.
