Great success! I have managed to post a little review - complete with pictures! - of the Peltonen M23 knife in the 'Cutting Tools' section. It turned out to be simplicity itself.

Many thanks. I'll give it a whirl. The only problem I foresee is the fact that the photos are on my 'phone and not taken with a DSLR or equivalent. Still, I'll try and see what happens!

The M23 is an absolute gem. I have used it for a variety of bushcrafty tasks - carving a spoon, making a try stick and feather sticks - and it has performed faultlessly on each one. I was going to offer up a review with a few pictures but, at this stage, this little cutting tool goes with me...

I carry two 1 litre Finnish army bottles. If out overnight or on a multi-day venture, I also carry a Nalgene Kantene along with the usual water filtration/purification set-up.
