Eat a Verdigris and you'll definitely see them. They're poisonous and one of the agarics.

Yeah, it's the only green 'shroom I know of.

The description of them says they are covered in a slime though, these weren't... they were dry... and id still say they were blue.

Did find a green stinkhorn earlier though in our veg patch.

The cap changes as they age. Verdigris are covered in slime when they first develop. The slime is usually washed off with rain quite quickly or dries. Given that info, I'd put my money on them being Verdigris, the colour looks and sounds correct too.

Yes...well probably Stropharia caerula (Blue Roundhead), which is usually erroneously mistaken as the much less common Verdigris roundhead/agaric (S. aeroginosa).

True, but they are quite different as they are a little more delicate and lack the scales on the head that we see in HillBills pics. Blue roundhead...
