Did you know that there’s a photo Gallery that any one of you can use?   Here’s some information on the Gallery, especially as there’s quite a few members that have not used it and some of you don’t even realise that as a registered user of Bushcraft UK (which is free) you have somewhere to put up your pictures.  Well let me tell you that you have.  Here (http://www.bushcraftuk.com/external/gallery.html ) in the Bushcraft UK gallery you can upload your pictures for all to see, add descriptions and get comments from other likeminded people.

In the Bushcraft UK Gallery you can put up pictures about all your outdoor activities, if there’s an area you feel we don’t cover then let us know and if there’s enough demand we’ll make it happen. 

After you have put a picture in the gallery you can use it all over the internet by using the URL of the picture so that it displays wherever you put the URL address.  Over the next while we will be posting up articles on how to use the gallery so that you can get the most from it.  After learning the initial few steps, uploading your picture and adding notes (if you want to) you’ll fly through the process whether uploading a single picture or batches of them.

As a Full Member of Bushcraft UK you get to have even more space for putting up your pictures, which means that you can put up bigger pictures as well as more of them.
In the near future we will be adding video upload capabilities to the Gallery, this will work in the same way as the photo uploads and you will be able to display all your video clips as well as your pictures.

If you have not used the gallery yet then give it a go, we’ll soon be having a picture of the month competition with a prize sent to the best picture that’s been posted over the month.
