Be weary GB Law states that the taking of fish with a fixed engine (trap)with out a licence is against the law and is punishable with a hefty fine! This also includes taking Crayfish. I belive licencing is now only for historical traps (Severn Pulchers etc). I only know this from when attempting to obtain a licence for Crayfish servey work. Stay good
