The most natural and efficient firelighter on the market.  MayaSticks are made from very resinous pine sticks from Guatemala and Mexico.  The sticks will burn up to 30 Minutes and omit very high heat, this thus makes the MayaSticks ideal for use with the BBQ, the wood/coal burning stove and the like.  Since MayaSticks are completely combustible they are very environmentally friendly.

To get the most of your MayaSticks, you should break or split the stick and put it under the material that you're planning on lighting (do make sure that there is enough oxygen).  If you use the MayaSticks on the BBQ you must make sure that the sticks are completely combusted before you put the food on, this will take between 15 and 30 minutes, (compared with firelighters and lighting fluid which takes an hour or more).  For a normal BBQ you will need between 1-3 sticks depending on the size of stick.
