Its that time of year again, the sap starts rising in the tree's, preparing themselfs to spring into life. As I sit here drinking Birch-sap I thought I would post up about my nightly activities... Unfortunatly I've been very busy lately and my oppertunity to get out and collect some sap was left to last night, which was a bit of a shame as Iplanned to take some photos & videos of the process to make a detailed article about it, I managed to do a bit but not as much as I hoped.
