why is everyone so in awe of the "RM woodlore"far better knives are out there,just look on this website for starters,be yourselves not sheep!personally I don,t like its shape or grind its an ugly and cheap looking piece of kit very overated /priced;make it yourself its a very rewarding project or have someone make it for you, to your design you,ll feel better for it

in reply to mikkel and nightwalker,a man may be well hung it does not make him a good lover!ray mears is not the only person to understand the ways of nature,he just happens to have been fortunate to make a fortune from it.personally I like the bloke its just that he seems to have lost sight of the early days,he,s now far too commercial for his own good,but hey who cares when you,re rich!
