Well I've been messing around in the woods today - gathered up some branches etc. to try a few techniques out for building a better pot hanger

 I spotted absolute clouds of scarlet pimpernels around on the walk (shown above)

I got a handful of pignuts whilst I was there

Whilst I was digging them up, Mr Robin perched by my ear and gave me a song - brave wee fellah!

I noticed how well the sloes had set on the way home - another bumper crop this year methinks!
