I recently bought the Heavy Duty knife from this supplier because Hennies were out of stock and this was the only place that came close to Hennies price, infact I think it was a few pence cheaper. I ordered it Wednesday afternoon and it arrived Friday morning. Great service, highly recommended site.

That's the axe I have. An absolute bargain, and very solid.
The "clear hardened zone" is actually just where they haven't shot blasted it, however it takes a good edge and is a nice axe to use in my humble opinion.

Well, after mulling it over since first reading this thread, I ordered the GK, ELK, HVK and STK on Wednesday as I intend to do a
bit of woodworking. The box arrived yesterday (Saturday) and everything is exactly as described.
The sheaths, although plastic fit very well and all four were shaving sharp on arrival as my left forearm can testify....
At just over £17 for the lot, I could not recommend the service or quality more highly....
