Snugpak tempest
Anyone got one ? Curious to how the ventile behaves when wet through? Swmbos
Doesn't 'stiffen' like my smock does. Considering hers is double ventile, and triple on the shoulders , it did dampen on the inside, and not due to condensation. Hers behaved more like a regular windproof cotton, likened to a sass smock. The material is very....shall we say "bidable"

i'm rate curious dude, what's a snugpak tempest? i can't find any reference to one anywhere on't'internet apart from right here, you sure you've not dreamt it?
